How it works

One brief, up to three introductions

  1. Tell us the brief

Headcount or size, budget, lease length, timing and must-haves. About 60 seconds.

  2. We review it by hand

An editor checks every request within one business day — no automated list blasts.

  3. Meet the right people

Up to three tenant-side brokers, coworking operators or venues who fit. You decide whether to reply.

Our disclosure. Down.Town is not a broker or landlord. Partners may pay us for introductions or when you choose to work with them; you never pay us. In most markets the landlord pays the tenant broker's commission. About the partner network.

Questions people ask

Does it cost anything to use a tenant broker?

Usually not directly. In most commercial markets the landlord pays the leasing commission and the tenant's broker is paid from it. Ask any broker to confirm how they are paid before you sign an agreement with them.

What size office should I look for?

A common planning range is roughly 125–225 square feet (12–21 m²) of usable space per person who needs a desk, lower for hybrid teams that share desks. Our office space calculator turns your headcount and work pattern into a range.

Is coworking cheaper than leasing?

For small teams and short horizons, often yes, because fit-out, furniture and services are included. As headcount and term grow, a lease usually wins. Use the coworking vs lease tool to find your break-even.

Can you help with event venues as well as offices?

Yes. Tell us the guest count, layout, date and budget and we'll introduce you to suitable venues — from boardrooms and galleries to conference centres and rooftops.
