Meet people at the moment they decide
Down.Town readers are researching a specific downtown, running the numbers in our tools, and then asking for help. Join the partner network to receive their requests — reviewed by a person, consented, and shared with no more than three providers.

What a request looks like
Each introduction arrives as a structured brief, so you can qualify it in seconds.
| Request | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Office | City, preferred area, headcount, work pattern, size estimate, lease length, timing, must-haves, company |
| Retail / restaurant | Use type, size range, budget, frontage and kitchen needs, opening date |
| Coworking | Desks, type (private office, dedicated, hot desk), term, start date |
| Venue | Event type, guests, layout, date and flexibility, catering, budget |
| Rent / buy | Bedrooms, budget, household, pre-approval, move-in timing, must-haves |
| Relocation | Team size, origin city, services needed, timeline |
Every brief includes the person's preferred contact method and consent record.
Ways to partner
Pay only when a deal you were introduced to closes: a share of your commission or fee, agreed per category. Best for brokers and agents.
Pricing on requestA fixed fee for each introduction you accept. Decline anything outside your area or capacity at no cost.
Pricing on requestOne partner per category per downtown, introduced first on every matching request, plus a labelled profile on that city's space or guide page.
Monthly, on requestOur standards
- Licensed or registered where your profession requires it
- First response within one business day of an introduction
- Clear, honest pricing and no pressure selling
- Use a person's details only for the request they sent — never for unrelated marketing
- Tell us when an introduction converts so we can keep matching well
We may decline or pause partners who fall short. Partner arrangements never influence editorial coverage, scores or rankings.
Questions people ask
How are requests qualified?
Every request comes through a structured form — need, city, size or headcount, budget, timing and must-haves — and is reviewed by an editor before any introduction. People explicitly consent to being introduced to up to three partners.
How many partners receive each request?
At most three, chosen for fit. In cities with a City Exclusive partner for that category, the exclusive partner is introduced first.
How do you charge?
Depending on category and market: a referral share paid only when a deal closes, a fixed fee per accepted introduction, or a monthly City Exclusive retainer. Terms are agreed in writing before you receive any requests.
Do partners get editorial coverage?
No. Partner arrangements never affect guides, scores or rankings. Featured partner profiles are clearly labelled.
What do you expect from partners?
Proper licensing where your profession requires it, a first response within one business day, honest pricing, and using a person's details only for the request they sent.
