Is Down.Town really free for me?
Yes. You never pay Down.Town. Partners may pay us a fee for introductions or when you choose to work with them. In most commercial markets the landlord pays the tenant broker's commission, so using a broker usually costs a tenant nothing extra.
Who sees my details?
An editor reviews every request by hand. We share it only with up to three partners who fit your city, size, budget and timing, and only because you ticked the consent box. We never sell lists or add you to anyone else's marketing.
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to review requests within one business day and make introductions within two. If a partner hasn't contacted you within 48 hours of an introduction, tell us and we will chase them or find another.
Am I committing to anything?
No. Sending a request doesn't commit you to a viewing, a lease or a booking. You choose whether to reply to any introduction.
What if my city isn't listed?
